The sparkling wine is made from the Domain white wine under the control of wine growers from the Champagne region.

The vintage constitution process (foam taking) is based on tasting and on the addition of a drawing liquid in order to facilitate the turning. The drawing liquid creates a second bottle fermentation.

Then, the sparkling wine is circulated. The disgorging is then compensated for by the addition of another liquid which will later define the type of sparkling wine, Brut for the Domain.

The sparkling wine is refined and fruity. Fine golden bubbles slowly going up to the surface give it all the aspects of a great wine.
