The Domaine du Dragon
60 hectares estate comprises 24 hectares of grapevines planted
in ideally situated terraces. The soil has a dominant clayey-calcareous
feature and gives splendid
grapes.
The wine-making process is carried out in the
purest oenological tradition.
The reds have an intense colour and will brighten up
your table. They are full bodied, noble
and generous. The tannins are present but of a good balance.
They guarantee a cellar potential up to 10 years.
They partner meats, game and
cheeses very well.
The rosé wine is dry, fruity, fresh and enticing.
It perfectly accompanies pasta, salads,
barbecues and other summer dishes.
The white wine is also dry and fruity. Its low acidity
nicely matches your fish dishes and seafood. |
